The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind; to the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from its use. Your data is yours — keep backups.
Builds are signed and notarized. Downloads and update artifacts are served from . You are responsible for verifying that your system meets the requirements (macOS 13 or later).
Cloud subscriptions (Personal Cloud, Team), when available, are governed by additional terms presented at purchase. Until then, no account is required and no payment is collected.
Do not use palamed.net or its APIs to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
